My first goal on a criminal case or a DUI is to get it dismissed. This can be difficult when often times it seems the entire government, police, prosecutors, and sometimes even the judge, are against you. If I am not able to get the case dismissed I will strive to acheive the client's goals on the case. Every case is different and with each one comes new challenges and different facts that can have a different effect.

Professional behavior ,problems.
His behavior and attitude towards clients and how he addressing clients is unprofessional. And descraceful. He treats struggling addicts and there family's with rude comments and like dirt. And he should be filled in with the bar assoc.
