Worst attorney ever!
HORRIBLE LAWYER!! He is absolutely horrible. Not at all professional, got defensive & annoyed when we asked questions, kicked my aunt out of the room for defending my brother when Mr. Morris was being really rude about a question my brother asked. Sent me someone else's case information saying emails...

Unethical Laywer
Damon's response to my original review is a complete fabricated lie. Of course, I'm not surprised. Damon refused to provide any work what-so-ever unless I maintained a $2,500 balance at all times, so to say I refused to pay for work done on my behalf is ridiculous especially since I was tripled char...
This review includes many, many lies. It is interesting that the client posted this, as at one time she threatened to sue me to force me to stay on as her attorney. She told me she would ruin me for not doing so; this is her attempt. I could go into a lot of detail but frankly don't have the time. Accordingly, here is a quick breakdown of the false statement and why it is false: that we required her to maintain a $2,500 balance for work to be done (her balance was often in the negative and to be frank I do not honestly remember a time where she had a positive account value after the first month or so); the argument that she was triple charged for work (over charging clients is a sure way to lose your license and not something we would even consider; further, I just reviewed her emails and she did not dispute a single bill EVER); we charge a 3.5% processing fee (I believe at the time she was a client our processor charged 2.5%. It is now 3%. Processing fees are a way of life, unfortunately); we deposited a post dated check (we have no record of a post-dated check from this person so have no idea what she is referring to); our office was suffering financial difficulties (we have four attorneys and at the time, six or seven support staff; while all clients are important to us, this client was just a small part of the work at the time); client was not aware she owed money when we withdrew (this is untrue as client received a bill every 30 days; she knew what was owed at all times); client did not have late bills until she hired our office (at the time client retained our office she had quit her job; I believe she had 5 or 6 collection suits against her at that time); and, I left Nevada because clients were angry at me (I left as we wanted a better place to raise our kids than Las Vegas which traditionally has one of the lowest ranked school systems in the nation; we are much happier here). The biggest whopper is that I filed for bankruptcy. I don't know where the client dug this one up but this is totally false and she knows it. Clearly, she will state anything to try and justify her false statements even if it means telling lies about anyone who tried to help her. At this point, because of her continued false statements and unwillingness to accept what she did, that was the ultimate cause of our withdrawal, we are anticipating a lawsuit. Contrary to what this person thinks, the law protects us against her knowingly made false statements.
