Awesome

Jim worked so hard on our case. I was so impressed, especially when he had a binder with all the legally admissible evidence in binders for the witnesses, judge, and other attorney. He worked so hard on our case and was very good with questioning witnesses. He really helped us as a family.

Mike

Mr. Retallick was retained for a domestic issue problem. Though he was very busy he knew the importance of our issue and agreed to take us on as a client. We were amazed at his knowledge and was not intimidated by the threats and ultimatums by the the plantiffs attorney. He knows everyone in and a...round the legal system, and is a take charge attorney that goes after the best for his client. He had a reputation for being the kind of "bulldog" attorney you need and he certainly lived up to his reputation. What more can you say about a guy that makes homemade root beer and rides a Harley. Hopefully, we'll never need an attorney again, but if we do J.R. is the man!

Mr. retallick was my attorney and he was not listing to what i was telling him about the military time I was telling him she was not supposed to get that time. I did check on this afterwards, and I could have fought this in court but Mr.Retallick was in a hurry to settle. He did not know what he was ...doing in that area. Should have changed attorneys before the case went to far. He had me going to court on the wrong days and when he did he was not organized or prepared for court. My paperwork on the case was better organized than his case paperwork. I was trying to collect the payments for 2 years of my military buy back time and Mr Retallick said he would handle the case and he did nothing for 4 months and then he finally called me and said he would not do it. that is when i started checking with another attorney about the military time buy back and found out that i should have contested it in court or my attorney should have retallick. The attorney I checked with was Craig Peterson a trustworthy and honest attorney.
