Curt practices in the areas of trial and appellate litigation, general business representation, assisting clients in creating, preserving, and enforcing their copyright, trademark, and trade secret intellectual property rights. Prior to founding Bentley Briggs & Lynch, Curt practiced commercial litigation at the Salt Lake firm of Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere, where he represented clients in both state and federal court on matters ranging from construction law to intellectual property disputes. From 2009 to 2010, Curt served as a judicial law clerk for Associate Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
