Getting things done
Since the beginning of going to court for the past 5 years, I have been though 3 other attorneys that have not been able to accomplish what David has in the last 6 moths. While searching for another attorney in the Salt Lake area, I knew what I wanted in my next attorney. Qualities such as passiona...

Great Family Law Attorney!
Great family law attorney! David represented a family member during a nasty custody dispute and I was a witness at one of the hearings. Everything went very smoothly, we were kept informed during the entire process and it went exactly as desired. He made sure to keep the trial on track and fought har...

D. Pedrazas Attorney Review by client
David P was my attorney and honestyly was absolutely horrible person to have represent you. He never calls back, charges you full price for a minute conversation and didn't seem knowledgable in his field. He is like a bully in court and at times it seemed okay but other times I felt embarrassed. D...
I am sorry you felt this way. Not sure if this is a real review, since this person didn't leave a name. I am not sure if this is more of a personal attack or a valid review. I would certainly like to know more about your case. I always make an effort to return all phone calls by the end of the day. Usually they are returned with the hour. If that is impossible, then I try to return phone calls within 24 hours. I cannot remember not returning a phone call within 24 hours. If so, it is a rarity. I have also been known to often return phone calls after hours. If this is the client I am thinking, I remember calling you several times for developments in your case after hours that required immediate attention. I had constables working on your case around the clock and did everything we could to make you happy. I believe I only handled your case over a two week period. Reviewing my phone records, I believe I spoke with you or attempted to call you almost every day during that two week period. So I really doubt, that I didn’t return a phone call within 24 hours. If I am wrong, then I am certainly willing to refund any payments made to my office. If this is the case I am thinking, it should also be mentioned that I called personal friends in law enforcement agencies in the area to meet you at my office. They even went out of their way to help you above and beyond the scope of their duties. Also, I find it hard to believe that I charged for a minute phone call. Although it is in my fee agreement that I can charge per phone call, I rarely charge for phone calls less than 5 minutes. If so, was this ever brought to my attention? I cannot remember a time within the past 12 months that a client disputed my charges. I would have certainly removed it from the bill. In regards to the other comments about being a bully and not knowing the law. Since I don't know the specifics, I can only guess. On my website it states I represent clients in an aggressive manner. Most clients want an aggressive attorney to fight for their rights. Certainly in most divorce case situations, an aggressive attorney is preferred. If this is the case I am thinking, I did everything I could to get your kids returned to you. I believe the final court orders reflect that. If this is the case I am thinking, representing you in a passive manner would not have produced your desired result. Your case was resolved in less than 2 weeks and with the desired result. Most cases takes months, if not years. As for not knowing the law, I really would love to know what I did wrong. My caseload has been 95% family law cases for over 15 years. I have a very high success rate. Certainly, I cannot always control what the court does, but I do the best I can. If this is the case I am thinking, you had a very unusual case. I felt the court was being too conservative in its interpretation of the law. Certainly the courts make mistakes as well. Since this was an unusual case, the court had very little precedence to go by, so the court was being cautious in its decisions. Also, I believe you represented yourself prior to hiring me. As a result, I did everything I could to fix the problems created while you represented yourself. If I remember correctly, the final outcome in court was exactly what you wanted. Once I received court orders you were requesting, you decided to not pursue the case any longer. As I stated before, your case was resolved within 2 weeks. If I didn’t know the law, I doubt your case would have been resolved in less than 2 weeks. Most cases takes months, if not years. If you are this dissatisfied with my representation, please call my office and I will be happy to give you a full refund including the large amount of out-of-pocket expenses I incurred in this case.
"I had a very difficult divorce modification that went to trial. David was professional and courteous throughout the process. He remains personable even as he vigorously represents his client."
"I have worked with David on several cases. He is well educated and represents his clients vigorously. I have found that he is aggressive when he needs to be; however, also understands the benefit of reaching a positive settlement for all involved."
"I endorse this lawyer. He has handled several of my own clients' divorces and family law matters. David takes each case seriously, and is an aggressive attorney. Simply stated, he gets the job done and he does it right. I would not hesitate to refer my own clients to him, since I do not do divorce or family law cases, and my clients recommend him as well."
"I have had the pleasure of working with David as opposing counsel on a number of cases over the years. He is very good to work with and is an excellent advocate for his clients. ."
