Quit wasting time and money and hire him

I just went through one of the worst 3 year divorce processess you could imagine. David was my second attorney that I hired about a year ago and I would give anything to make him my first attorney for the following reasons. #1. I got more accomplished with him in the second half of my divorce b...y a huge margin than I did with my first attorney. #2. He did it all for less than 20% of what I had paid my other attorney because he WILL NOT nickel and dime you in anyway shape and form. Do not be fooled by other attorney's who may charge a smaller retainer because that means nothing when they are calling you every week asking to refill the retainer because they have exchausted it over useless crap. David doesn't do that. He will tell you (at least a ballpark) of what its gonna cost and he will stick to it regardless of what happens. #3 If you are shopping for a divorce lawyer you are about to enter a purgatory you cannot imagine. As far as divorce attorney's go (and I went through one horrible one and shopped around for 4 months to find the right one for my second) he is the closest thing you will find to a rope to get you out of hell. Especially if you are a loving father fighting for your rights, and get custody of your child(ren) from a snake of an ex-wife who wants nothing more than to destroy you. #4. My divorce lasted 28 months. I hired David 20 months into the process and he got more accomplished in the last 8 months than the previous months combined. (and for far less money) #5. Probably the most important part of all of this is that David is a pitbull to fight for your rights. (and be advised that his argumentative and abrasive nature might actually get you in a heated discussion or two between the two of you...but I promise you that is exactly what you want in a divorce attorney. David is that way all the time and he WILL use that same ferocity against opposing council and the judge). Do not be turned off by his bluntness, and realism. It is exactly what you are looking for to get you fair justice in a divorce case. Even on the parts of your case you don't end up winning (because you can't control what a judge will do) he will make the best possible arguments to fight for you and what is yours(and he's so good he WILL get most of it), and he will do it with full knowledge of the law and absolute resolve to get everything he can for you. #6 He is FULLY COMPETENT at everything in divorce law and proceedure and all of that. He has been in practice for years, and knows the system, the rules, the players (other attorneys and the judges) and exactly the right and aggressive way to get it done. If you are a father like me fighting for your rights to get custody of your child, and not have to pay your x-wife every dime you've ever had to get it....STOP SHOPPING FOR ATTORNEYS and hire David. I will say it again...I wish to God I had found him from the beginning. If I could give 10 stars I would. He's very very very good, and he knows exactly what he is doing!!!! 'nuff said.

Very knowledgeable and Professional

David Pedrazas represented my boyfriend in a Divorce/Custody. He's now ex wife had taken his 4 children across country and prohibited the kids to have any relationship with my boyfriend for almost 2 years, we had to hire a Private investigator and had no luck until his oldest contacted him behind the... mothers back. The ex wife justified her actions in court by making allegations of domestic abuse. It was a difficult case but David was so knowledgeable, honest and he fought for my boyfriend's truth. At the end the judge granted relocation of the kids and now my boyfriend has sole physical custody of his kids. I can't express enough how much he helped our family and how grateful we are for him. I really believe without him we wouldn't have won this case, he basically got everything my boyfriend wanted. David really cares about his clients and he's joy at the end of court demonstrated his commitment to bringing the children home. Thank you again David for your tremendous help we are immensely grateful.

Excellent Lawyer

David Pedrazas helped me with a jurisdiction case. I lived in a separate state with my children while my husband lived in Utah and David was able to help me so I never needed to travel. He knew exactly what to do and was able to win 2 cases for me! Couldn't have done it without him!

Simply the Best

I worked for David as a legal assistant for about a year and a half. I did not know David beforehand. My friend had hired him for her divorce and she was impressed by his character. When I interviewed with David, I was immediately impressed by him and his upfront and honest attitude. He will not tell... you what you want to hear just to blow smoke up your skirt; he will tell you what needs to be said, whether you like it or not. Having gone through four different attorneys during my husband’s custody case with his ex-wife, I came to realize how important that is and how rare that trait is to find in attorneys. David is never out to make a “quick buck” and screw you over on billing, as I have seen other attorneys do. He is extremely knowledgeable and will defend his clients with the upmost integrity. My husband hired David to complete his custody case after seeing how impressed with him I was. Sadly enough, my husband and I are now going through a divorce and I cannot hire David, as that would create a conflict since he previously represented my husband. I have hired another attorney for my divorce and although he is good, he does not represent me as well as I know David would. I would recommend David to anyone going through a divorce or custody case- especially if there is high conflict. His knowledge, persistence, and punctuality cannot be beaten.

The best attorney . El mejor abogado.

I came to Mr. Pedrazas desperate and looking for help for my custody case since my ex-husband created a very dirty case against me. I though there was nothing that I can rescue from my case because in the past I hadn't a good representation. I needed someone who could really defend me and give m...e again the hope of recovering my case. Finally after looking for a good attorney in Utah I founded Mr. Pedrazas, who gave me back the hope. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. After I saw him at court I Knew that he was the lawyer I was waiting for. We still in the process, but I just highly recommend Mr. Pedrazas. I am so thankful.
