Best divorce lawyer!

David is a true professional at its finest! He was not only professional but he was nice, funny, and super responsive. I was at a time where I couldn’t afford much but I needed this divorce, BADLY! I had contacted many lawyers, and David was the only one to tell “yes let’s do this”. I went into his o...ffice, filled out the paperwork, and today 3 months later I’m done! GREAT DEDICATED ATTORNEY!!! I WISH I HAD HIM AT THE BEGINNING!

David is an awesome attorney. My Private Investigator recommended him to me. I wish I had him at the beginning of my High Conflict Divorce/Custody battle because I feel that he would've done A LOT better job representing me than my previous attorney did. That being said, when I decided to find new co...unsel, I had a huge mess left and was in the middle of a nasty custody dispute and needed a letter sent that same day. David got right to work on my case, worked late into a Friday night and got everything sent in time. He has been very aggressive in representing me and I have been very happy with the results thus far. He won't "sugar coat" or "tell you what you want to hear" with what is happening in the case and is very straight forward and realistic with what he thinks can and cannot be done; with not only me but everyone involved in the case. He is very prompt at returning phone calls, emails and filing everything that needs to be filed. He is very dedicated and will work late hours to get the job done. I have received phone calls from him late evenings regarding my case. He also doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing he does which is nice. I recommend David to anyone that is going through a divorce/custody battle, especially if it's high conflict. You will be well represented.

Great Family Law Attorney!

Great family law attorney! David represented a family member during a nasty custody dispute and I was a witness at one of the hearings. Everything went very smoothly, we were kept informed during the entire process and it went exactly as desired. He made sure to keep the trial on track and fought har...d to keep out erroneous and miscellaneous evidence that had nothing to do with the case. He has done a fabulous job and I would recommend him to anyone dealing with Utah child custody laws... especially if they are fighting for their rights from out of state!

A great find for any one searching for a family law attorney!

I literally stumbled upon David after my divorce papers were filed and temporary order hearing had taken place. I was fully aware that my divorce was going to be extremely difficult and a very high conflict divorce. After my temporary hearing, I intended to fire my prior counsel, and after my initi...al consultation with David, I had found the best attorney I could ask for to handle my case. My case required immediate action as an evidentiary hearing was set in motion and David was under a time constraint to prepare for this evidentiary hearing. I knew he was up for the challenge as this hearing was simply the most important to me at this point of my case, as I was fighting to have a Commissioner's ruling overturned. David was immediately responsible to fight to have an absolutely horrible parent time schedule restructured in my favor. David received two boxes of documents, read through every single one and was VERY prepared for this hearing. I WON on every single point that was argued. The opposing party didn't even know what hit them in that court room on that day! My case is a highly contentious and volatile case. David fought to have my divorce bifurcated due to the opposing party refusing to agree to any single offer, recommendation, and simply said- he simply refuses to separate and agree to a settlement. David successfully argued two more hearings that my ex filed, and was successful with winning a bifurcated divorce. David is professional, very knowledgeable and highly committed to his clients. I have seen his passion for the law as well as his dedication to ensuring his client is protected and prevails on their cases. He is accessible, and hasn't charged me for every single minute either. I have a modest income and he has been more than fair with his billing of services. In the year of working with David, I have referred a number of people his way and will continue to recommend him without doubt or question. I trust him and trust his recommendations completely, having never been misinformed or mislead on my case. My friends and acquaintances that have retained him have relayed the same level of satisfaction to me, having their cases resolved successfully. I will continue to recommend him 100% to anyone who asks. Anyone who has a high conflict family law case should seek him out! .

Awesome Job

David did an incredible job for me. He kept fighting for me and was always available to speak with me, or returned my phone that same day. He was honest and upfront with me at all time. Never tried to talk legal jargon or give me lip service in explaining things to me. He didn't promise anything he c...ould deliver.
