Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Justin kept my client out of a Utah prison through excellent lawyering. A client hired me in Amarillo for a DWI. The client went back home to Utah and the State of Utah moved to revoke the client's probation in Utah based on the Amarillo DWI. The client's mother asked that I get a hold of Justin, their Utah Defense Attorney. Justin advised that based on the little evidence he did receive, he believed that the client would get sent to a Utah prison for 1 to 15 years. I then obtained all the evidence in the Amarillo DWI and forwarded it to Justin. We discussed at length what the evidence showed and how to best attack the State's Case. Justin then tried the case in front of the Judge and cross-examined the Probation Officer. His cross examination was so good that our client didn't need to take the stand as we had planned! Our client was kept out prison and now has a fighting chance to beat the Amarillo DWI. Thank you Justin for this specacular result!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
