Craig R Dell

Craig’s primary focus is protecting families from the devastating legal effects of disability and death. His creative problem solving ability makes him a great asset in the courtroom and in the office. Craig concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and trust administration, protecting assets from nursing homes, litigating against life and long term care insurance carriers and probate disputes. He hosts monthly seminars, workshops, talks and panel discussions on a variety of estate planning and elder law topics.

Named as a Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, in 2011, 2012 and 2013, Mr. Dell has been recognized by his peers as a proven attorney. Craig has appeared on NBC as a legal expert, and his cases have been profiled on other major networks. He is one of two attorneys in the state of Utah to be selected as a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning over 20 years, the Academy has been a highly-regarded and sought-after resource for attorneys and consumers alike, and has been recognized by Consumer Reports, Suze Orman in her book, 9 Steps to Financial Freedom and numerous times by Money Magazine. The Academy is a national organization dedicated to promoting excellence in estate planning by providing its exclusive membership of attorneys with up-to-date research on estate and tax planning, educational materials, and other important resources to empower them to provide superior estate planning services. Craig is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Utah State Bar Elder Law and Estate Planning/Probate sections, Utah Association for Justice, American Association for Justice and Trial Lawyers section of the Florida Bar.

A Florida native, Craig is admitted to practice in Utah, Florida, New York and Washington, D.C. Additionally, Craig is authorized to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Federal Tax Court.
