Great Experience

I highly recommend Ms. Schofield. She helped us with fair-use issues pertaining to our use of AMA's CPT codes for education. She easily understood our organization's goals, as well as the AMA licensing of their CPT codes. Tenley completed a thorough case-law analysis that while addressing all of our... issues, it was also easy for non-lawyers to read. Ms. Schofield's turnaround was prompt, and there were no surprises. She was great to work with, and I could not have been happier!

Ms. Tenley Schofield

Ms. Tenley Schofield is an absolutely outstanding patent attorney. Her background in science and research give her additional insights that strengthen her formidable legal skills. Ms. Schofield carefully walked me through the patent process and outlined the significance and importance of each step.... After reviewing my ideas, she advised me to focus on the details that will distinguish my ideas from existing patents. Ms. Schofield even gave me suggestions on where to get mechanical and electrical advice. As someone new to the world of patent processing, I am more than impressed with the guidance she provides. I am delighted to give Ms. Schofield my strongest recommendation. Garry Colonel United States Air Force (retired)

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
