This review is from a person who hired this attorney.

Unprepared, unprofessional, unhelpful

Nicole came with great recommendations, but after 6 months on an already messy high conflict case, she had made more of a mess. Overly busy, unprepared, unprofessional and unhelpful. She refused to work with the other attorney to negotiate settlements and mediation, and did not suggest any way to exp...edite the case. After connecting with several other attorneys, they confirmed what I already knew—that she had made huge missteps, not advocated for or helped her own clients cause, and had drummed up the bill far beyond where it should have been. Find another attorney with actual, trusted Avvo ratings, this one is not reccomended.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I believe that a good attorney tries to work well with opposing counsel. If both attorneys use their best efforts to diligently resolve the case, whether it is through an agreement or moving the matter to trial, it creates a win/win situation for the clients. Nicole is the kind of attorney you want on the other side. She is a good attorney. She is professional, knows the law and diligently works the case. I became acquainted with Nicole when she was retained by the other side in a case that I had been trying to resolve for some time. Nicole was hired just a month before trial. The other side had had two different attorneys that were difficult to communicate with and had caused unnecessary delays. Once Nicole got involved, we were able to reach a reasonable settlement without going to trial. She helped create an excellent outcome for our clients and should receive credit for a job well done. I endorse her."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
