I wasn't surprised to see these other reviews as they mirror my experiences. Jonathan Pappasideris is very adept - but less as an attorney on the substantive issues but in creating defensibly well crafted invoices. His performance for me was otherwise mediocre. I believe he is now working for Salt L...ake City so he it appears he will be less of a threat to private clients. Hope this is helpful.

My experience reflects the commentary of some of these other reviews I have seen online. I was assured by Jonathan that he was capable and knowledgeable about the issues I needed legal assistance with. This turned out not to be the case. Over the first few weeks I was met w a dismissive attitude a...nd I was surprised by the size of the his first invoice. I will not be going back to this lawyer though I would assume that he may be the right counsel for some clients out there.

I was disappointed by quality of service on the matters for which this attorney was retained. In particular, was general lack of knowledge about the legalities of the issues he was presented with. Most disturbing was a sense of false assurance about the potential outcome of my matter. Over time, it... became clear that attention to my case was erratic, and that the quality of service was distracted and uncommitted. In short, Mr. Pappasideris, this attorney fails to walk the walk despite any credentials. Most notable, was repeated overbillings which seemed to an ongoing trend w Jonathan. I think this attorney could be a decent one if he kept his hubris in check, could focus on client’s needs, would invest the time needed and would resist the urge to overbill .
