I was disappointed by quality of service on the matters for which this attorney was retained. In particular, was general lack of knowledge about the legalities of the issues he was presented with. Most disturbing was a sense of false assurance about the potential outcome of my matter. Over time, it... became clear that attention to my case was erratic, and that the quality of service was distracted and uncommitted. In short, Mr. Pappasideris, this attorney fails to walk the walk despite any credentials. Most notable, was repeated overbillings which seemed to an ongoing trend w Jonathan. I think this attorney could be a decent one if he kept his hubris in check, could focus on client’s needs, would invest the time needed and would resist the urge to overbill .
