Darwin L Overson

We hired Darwin Overson to handle two cases for us.. He was referred by people who had dealt with Darwin in the past. The first case was handled last week with excellent results. He was at every court date, had all information necessary, and the outcome was better than expected. So good to work w...ith. The second case is in the process now, and going well. He answers all questions, provides advise on how to proceed, etc. Yes, I would recommend Darwin and his firm which I have!! Several family members and friends have all used the firm with great results.

We asked Darwin Overson to take over our case. We decided that the previous lawyer was looking for easy money. Darwin did take over our case and we can't thank him enough! He kept us in the loop and fully informed through the entire battle. We had devastating false charges filled against us for child... molestation.  Darwin was present and on time for every court date. When the prosecuting attorney approached us, Darwin was right there to protect us. Darwin knew all the right people to help prove our innocence. I hired Darwin to help me with a case that was going to possibly be life changing forever. Burglary and theft of a business. Three felonies and one misdemeanor. Darwin is a good listener and very calming. He was able to get 2 charges dismissed and the other two dropped to misdemeanors during the pre...-sentence hearing. After the PSI was finished, he said he will also work on getting the recommendations made by the PSI officer for my sentencing to get dropped a little too. Right now I shouldn't have any jail time, barely any probation and only the two misdemeanors. My sentencing is next week. I feel confident with Darwin.

( thinking to myself that this lawyer must be good at what he does...came highly recommended) I didn't set my hopes too high,as I have dealt with a few lawyers on diffe...rent things. (Huge bonus for a mother of a teenager in need of an attorney) Darwin was able to keep my son from losing his license and was cleared from a DUI!! No clue how he pulled this off but he did so with ease. Darwin is still helping my son throughout his probation period and has attended ALL court appointments ON TIME! I wold recommend this man 110%! Very professional, and extremely good at what he does. Exceeded all of our expectations.
