If he wants you to take a plea deal, even if you are innocent, he will c...onspire with prosecutors and judge to have a warrant issued to have you arrested so as to pressure you to take a plea…. So he doesn’t have to actually work. Lazy!!!

A horrible person who doesn't care about you or your family's needs, he said that my husband who has power of attorney over my incarcerated brother in law saying that we wanted to withdrawl the appeal & my brother in law was smart enough to not sign any papers or believe him, then the next week, we h...ad received a letter from my brother in law saying that Daniel told him that we wanted to withdrawl the appeal, we have concrete evidence proving that he should not be incarcerated & he couldn't handle representing a client or for one second trying to feel for the person who is wrongfully accused of a crime he did not commit. I pray to god that no one goes through this with this attorney. He shouldn't even be a lawyer or able to represent anyone! Good luck to anyone who is appointed him as their attorney, I suggest strongly to ask for new counsel.
