Be careful before you let her take your case
In 2011 her firm was able to to get me on sii disability but one and a half months ago I lost my benefits I don't know how this happened because I have permanent brain damage so somehow her firm completely mishandled my case just be careful before you choose this firm
This review is simply not accurate. If we have a client who is taken off of benefits by the SSA, we help that client appeal SSA's action. Most clients are taken off of benefits because they have returned to work or have not gone to the doctor and have no medical records to prove to the government that their disability continues. This person is complaining that we won their case in 2011. Now, for some reason, they have been taken off of benefits, which is preceded by an SSA investigation and procedural notice. The claimant can choose to remain on benefits during the investigation and request a hearing to have a judge decide if the SSA is wrong in ceasing benefits. It is difficult to understand how we "mishandled" this case, when we won it six years ago and have nothing to do with the current cessation of benefits.

I say "working" because I was the one that went and gathered and paid for my own medical records, because "we wouldn't want to have to collect them ourselves and then charge you". Then after 2 years of NEVER getting called or even tal...

Very Professional
She did a great job for me at the hearing with the Judge. She prepared me for the hearing in advance and her paralegal, Andria, was very helpful to me as well. I couldn't be happier with their services.

Finally Won My Benefits
I lost my case the first time at a hearing with another attorney. My friend said to call Cannon Disability and she was right. They won my case and Dianna was very nice.
