Mark did for me in weeks, what I couldn't do in 13 years...

Mark offered a service to help people that are considered members of the Mormon Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints), to get their records removed. The Mormon Church is known for making this task incredibly arduous. I "lost" my faith in the church when I was 16. I was 29 when M...ark came into my life, and I cannot even tell you what he did for me. To give a little background for those that may not understand, the Mormon Church keeps records of every one of their members. I hadn't been to church in 13 years, but the church still had files of me, and considered me an "inactive" member. They reported me in their global numbers to the public, as one of their active members. Many of you may ask "well shoot, why do you care? If you haven't been going to church, what does it matter?" Let me ask you how you would feel, if you walked down the street, and saw your name and face on a poster representing something you abhorred? Does that explain the feeling a bit? I may not have been going to church, I may be an atheist at this point, but this church still got to lie to the public, in order to bolster the sound of their numbers, so that they could use that as a recruiting tool. Nope. Not ever going to be ok with that. So years ago, I emailed the church, trying to get my name taken off of their records. I never to this day got a reply. So one of my friends told me you had to write actual letters. I sent a letter, it got returned with a big stamp that said "return to sender". I sent it again, as another friend told me repetition was the key, again, I got it sent back to me, this time with a wrong address mark added to it (bear in mind the letter had been opened, read, resealed, THEN sent back to me). So just to make sure, I dropped it in their actual mailbox, myself this 3rd time. Sure enough a week later, I had the letter back at my home. I called and screamed at some poor ladies a few times after this, but was ultimately transferred to voicemails over and over and over again, where my messages were never returned. This began to feel impossible, so I quit trying. I became an advocate for what a terrible organization this church was, and resigned myself to re-posting their annual numbers releases as lies. One day recently, my buddy stumbled upon Mark's website quitmormon.com. I was skeptical. Mark was going to do something I had tried to do for 13 years, and he was going to if for free too? Nah, no way it is that easy. Sure enough, within a few weeks, I had a letter from the church telling me that not only had my records been removed, but my wife, who had a similar story, had had hers removed as well! I am telling you, Mark is a great lawyer! He did this out of the goodness of his heart, and was willing to battle the church if they had put up a fight. If you need a lawyer, having Mark Naugle in your corner, is the way to go!

Selfless and Competent Attorney

Mark cares more about his client's interests than his own. Mark executed my emotional resignation from the LDS Church for me in three weeks. It was a touchy issue for me and my family and having it done by a professional made it a breeze.

Review for Mark Naugle

Mark from the Law Office of Isabel Cueva is not only an excellent immigration attorney, but is also a high quality, honest, and hard working human being. He is professional, kind, patient, knows the immigration laws very well and gave us a good strategy as to how we should proceed with our case. He... helped my wife through the adjustment to permanent resident status process giving us the peace of mind and confidence that we could succeed and helped her get her temporary green card so far. He answered all of our many questions thoroughly, and if he didn't know something, he did the proper research to find out the information we were seeking. We were very pleased with his services and highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking assistance from an immigration expert.

Attorney Mark Naugle, Focused on serving the needs of his client

Mr. Mark Naugle a very good Attorney in our opinion. Professional and intuitive when it comes to the case he took on for Immigration for our family member. We were very pleased with his attention to my sister in laws case, he had handled all the details from beginning to end by winning the case. I... also his appreciate his kindness and concern he had for his client and myself and going in to detail about the case. When Mark said he would get something done he did! All the paperwork were filed promptly and accurately. I encourage anyone who needs an Attorney to contact Mark Naugle an outstanding man.
