Scott was so knowledgeable in the tax, business, finance matters the rolled right into our estate plan and business sale. He made it so easy and I had every confidence that the transaction and estate plan was exactly what we needed. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and really is capable. I wouldn't go any where else.

Best Attorney

The Best Attorney I've ever Dealt With
Scott Stratton was hired by my company (my partner and I) when we were considering a capitol raise to bring the product I had invented to market. He was so helpful, trustworthy and honest. He was fair and worked for a long time when we couldn't pay him. He is not all about the fees. He even stood with the company and conducted himself with integrity when the partner of mine was dishonest, fraudulent and retaliatory to me, the other shareholders (investors) and even Scott. I can't say enough positive about him. His guidance and fair actions toward the dishonest partner situation in addition to his support and continual help on the business side of things have saved my company from sure failure.

Our Saving Grace!!
Our family had a significant issue with our business that also had a personal effect on our home and other assets. Scott helped more than we could ever thank him. Hi is kind, compassionate and honest. He knew we couldn't pay him upfront and only a long drawn out payment plan. He went above and beyond and help us with our intricate complex legal situation.
