Scott Stratton was hired by my company (my partner and I) when we were considering a capitol raise to bring the product I had invented to market. He was so helpful, trustworthy and honest. He was fair and worked for a long time when we couldn't pay him. He is not all about the fees. He even stood wit...h the company and conducted himself with integrity when the partner of mine was dishonest, fraudulent and retaliatory to me, the other shareholders (investors) and even Scott. I can't say enough positive about him. His guidance and fair actions toward the dishonest partner situation in addition to his support and continual help on the business side of things have saved my company from sure failure.
