Best immigration attorney!
Attorney Marlene Gonzalez handled our complicated immigration case which involved the “adam walsh law”. The process took longer than normal because of the nature of our case. Then we got an intent to deny after we waited patiently and did almost everything. But Attorney Marlene took the initiative to do more research and she worked harder to counteract the problem. So after the waiting game and struggles we won the battle and got the green card.

Marlene is the best option you can take
I originally hired a different lawyer recommended by a friend with the same process. However, I wasn’t comfortable with the vague answers I always received so I felt that lawyer was not going to be able to help my case (Thanks God I trust my gut because my friend’s process it’s been up for over 2y and she barely has the Work Permit). Another friend that after SO long (7y or maybe more) of dealing with immigration process, and zero results, found Marlene and got her case solved! So she told me about her experience and I decided to switch with Marlene. THE BEST DECISION EVER! I submitted my documents mid August, 3mo later (by November) I got my interview notice AND by mid December (interview date) I got approved. Everything in my case went smooth, Marlene knows what she’s taking about and she helps you understand the process and what’s the next step and so on. Comparing with my previous lawyer, you can tell she is experienced and that she cares about you case and the well-being of it. I’m addition, she’s the SWEETEST lawyer you can take to, she’s so nice and her vibes make you feel comfortable on the way. Roxana, her assistant, she’s an excellent professional too. Both, they follow up with you always, every step of the case they want you to be on track with the documents you need to get, with the deadlines etc etc. Nothing compared with my previous lawyer (I was the one always calling them)... Marlene worth’s every single penny you’ll spent! Marlene THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of my case, and guide us (Will and I) through all of this process. Thanks to you it wasn’t stressful! God bless you and your team!

I would highly recommend Marlene. I was worried about my application because I had some criminal offenses over 20 years ago. I followed the advice of Marlene, submitted the application and was approved after 6 months wait for K1 fiance visa. Thanks Marlene!!

She cares for you.
I went to Marlene’s office referred from an outside agency. I was blown away with the professionalism she explained the strategies she had for my case. Also, her assistant was very well spoken and explained very elocuently the strategies. Everyone in the office cares for you and most of all they are bilingual and have very professional manners. 100% recommended.
