Daniel Benzion

Having worked with various attorneys in the past for different things, I have to say that Dan is among the cream of the crop. He took time to understand the details of my case, looked and listened to what is in the best interests of my family, and attended to our needs on a very professional and pers...onal level. He is an advocate for his clients, and acted as a legal teammate to help us navigate the often difficult legal process to get what was fair in our case. My experience with Dan was that he was very supportive, thorough and communicative from the very beginning to the end of my case. I hired Daniel Benzion for my car accident. There was almost no communication and when I did finally hear from him he was rude. When the final offer came in he placed medical bills and how they were "paid" his portion and my portion. I signed and he gave me multiple answers on when the settlement wo...uld be disbursed. I got a notice in the mail that my medical bills had been turned over to collections was the first notification that Daniel did not pay the medical bills. I question him and was told that the "other" law firm was handling that. When I began to look up his information he showed multiple offices and then disclosed that he was not licensed in my state and thus none of this was his issue. To say I was floored doesn't begin to describe how awful this case has been . To date I have no idea who took the settlement money as he never was honest what law firm he did this case thru.
