Angilee set precedent of federal standards of reasonableness for unwed biological fathers seeking intervention in their child’s adoption proceedings. She also established precedent distinguishing voluntary and involuntary adoption status in ICWA cases.

Angilee has when absolutely amazing in taking charge of the court room. My case was long and complicated but she stuck by my side through it all. My case was handled with compassion and kindness, along with professional excellence. I will be forever grateful to Angilee and her entire team.

Great service won twice!

Tribal Law - Divorce Case

I have been working with Angilee and Nicole for over a year concerning my divorce and ongoing issues. Because I am out of state, Angilee and the team has taken the necessary steps to ensure I am well represented in Tribal Court. With all my personal issues, such as health, work, and school, Angilee relieves me from the added stress of court issues so that I can focus on what I need to do for me. Tribal Court can be difficult to deal with, but again, Angiiee does her work and takes care of it all. I have trust in her work and knowledge. Without her help, I would truly be lost. I am very grateful and blessed to have a wonderful lawyer to help get me through some hard and sensitive times.

God sent

Angilee Dakic is a very perfessional brass tacs no nonsense type of individual whom represented me in a divorce / custody case. Very knowledgeable on the state codes, every issue we've had come up was such a breeze for her. Of course I was a hot mess she was very cool calm and collected to the point it set me at ease!! She has such a kind heart and fierce will to get you justice. Angilee dakic is truly god sent!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend her !!

Custody Case

I hired Angilee Dakic after using 2 other attorneys based off referrals and finally decided I was done and was going to find one on my own. One with my beliefs, I felt I could trust and that I felt would work hard for me. I don’t think I could’ve picked a better attorney! I was in a custody case that was already going on 6 years and hadn’t made any headway. After hiring Angilee it was crazy my case started to move and we are actually going somewhere and should have it final’d this year. I have had other attorneys tell you what you want to hear or promise you somethings they can’t get and that’s not what I want. I wanted someone who is honest with me and will tell me what all the risks are with any of my potential moves which she did so that way I could make an educated decision and try to take as much emotion (as possible) out of it. I always felt that she rally had my back and my only regret is that I didn’t find her from the start. Her paralegal Nicole is also very knowledgeable and is also someone who has been extremely helpful in my case. I believe these two together make a fantastic team and I am couldn’t be more happier that I found them. So much so I have referred several people to them who have hired them and have also told me they are so happy with what they have done for them.

Smooth Divorce Experience

Angilee was absolutely wonderful to work with. My ex and I had been separated for over a year and I felt very intimidated by the divorce process until I consulted with Angilee. She was very reassuring and helped me understand all the steps. I hired her and everything went very well. I especially appreciated the communication. I always knew where we were in the process and what to expect next. I would definitely hire her again if I have any legal needs in the future.

Angilee Dakic is an outstanding attorney! Honestly, I had been going through a highly toxic divorce the past 3 years. Broke. Devastated. Feeling hopeless representing myself and questioning if this nightmare would ever end. As well as loosing faith in our leagal system. Then, Angilee shows up like the Angel she is. She one of the elite!

Angilee Dakic changed my life. She’s been my legal counsel for about 10 years. She was my rock through a pretty nasty divorce and custody battle. A few years later she helped see me through revisiting custody and then an appeal. Because of Angilee’s extensive knowledge of the law and great guidance we prevailed in court every time. I can’t begin to express how great a lawyer and person she is. Being a man in the state of Utah, I’ve felt like the cards were stacked against me in the fight for custody of my daughter but Angilee advocated for me and never gave up.
