Helped with landlord dispute
I wanted to keep a comfort animal to help with my anxiety, but I couldn't afford to move to a different apartment. Jared helped me work with my landlord to get a cat to keep in my apartment. All I needed to do was get a doctor's note and Jared took care of the rest! He was great to work with.
