Scumbag Thief
Careful with this scumbag he gives the field a bad name... He is a liar and thief he will take your money and find the best way to work as little as possible and then throw you and your case under the bus and then he still acts as if you owe him money.

Horrible family law attorney
At first I trusted this attorney, he was ok at getting back to me, then when he went on his own firm he fell down claiming to have to firing a receptionist for using crack cocaine, to getting into a car accident to now claiming she was making crack cocaine in his office. Didn’t hear anything for 3 mo...

"Mr. Boam is a former attorney here in Utah (UT Bar # 10384). He voluntarily relinquished his bar license after multiple ethics complaints against him. Mr. Boam is an unethical attorney. We were supposed to do a class action lawsuit together against a hospital but he lured some of the class member clients to litigate his own lawsuit against the hospital but he failed to prosecute that case. As a result, the court awarded $15,001.50 in attorney fees to the attorneys for the hospital. Dale Boam's specialty was representing clients who are Deaf or hard of hearing in their legal matters. A few of his former deaf clients came to me asking me to sue Dale to get their money back because he failed to prosecute their cases. He simply took their money and used it for personal gain. He betrayed the Utah Deaf community and they're pissed about it. Almost all of my lawsuits against Dale Boam are done. I have one remaining lawsuit left."
