My experience with Vannova Legal was first class. Val handled my consult and put me at ease right away. I have a small business and a home. I had good credit most of my life so I was embarrassed and also afraid of what filing bankruptcy met. Val was patient with me and walked me through all of my opt...ions. Misty was my case manager and answered all of my questions about the ton of documents that had to be submitted. I wanted to cry the day I came in to sign and Matt was so non-judgmental and good-natured he had me laughing by the end. Marci took care of me after my case was filed. I can't lie, bankruptcy is a very intrusive and frustrating process, especially dealing with the Chapter 13 Trustee, but everyone that I worked with at Vannova Legal put me at ease and tried to make the process easier for me.
