Great Lawyer

John has helped me with a lot but most recently I made a criminal mistake and got charged, he was able to get me a deal of probation, and a fine and a clean record after a year. He's also helped my family with custody and divorce cases. He's my go to. He's friendly, professional, and reasonable. He'...s great at communicating and I will be using him again and in the future.

Family Law Expert

John Diamond was recommended to me from a work colleague. It was a smooth process all the way through on my case in Family court, and if he wouldn’t of helped me I would’ve faced jail time.

I made some really bad choices and I found John Diamond

I made some seriously bad choices back to back. Got a DUI and possession charge one right after the other. John was there for me! We got the charges taken care of. He’s a great lawyer! Very great personality, so thankful he was in my corner.

Poor and unprofessional service, Feel very misled.

Retained John and Mike early 2023, it is now July of this review, The first of the year 2023 I had a couple felony convictions I needed help fighting, like everyone I received numerous letters and ads from attys wanting me to hire them to fight my case. John and Mike send me a flyer which had a pic ...of the 2 of them in it saying come work with us and we will fight for you, something to that extent. I called the number on the flyer and got Mike and we talked, I went to Mike's office and with the help of my family paid the retainer he required which in the end was a few thousand dollars ,Mike and I spent alot of time with me giving him info on my case, some very personal info , I was given legal advice and letters for my potential employer ,we went back and forth for several months with the courts scheduling and rescheduling, When I started this process I was making 6 figures, at this point in July because I lost my job and could not find another high paying job because of the felony on my record I an now on Medicaid and had to apply for bankruptcy. While at the bankruptcy attys office, I'm telling the atty about my felony and that I'm working with Mike because he asked and the bankruptcy atty tells me. Your working with Mike P. I'm like yes. He tells me I know Mike, he and I worked together years ago and you do know he isn't and atty don't you, He isn't even a paralegal that I'm aware of, and I was floored .I'm like that's wonderful I've spent all these months to this point giving Mike all my personal info , months of rescheduled court hearings because I was told we still didn't have enough information from the prosecutor and this went on for months So only at that point I'm I believe May or early June that I found out Mike takes down the info and gives it to John Diamond and John shows up at the hearing to talk to the judge and prosecutor, John would never meet with me in person, Everything had to go thru Mike and When all this got close to an end and I told Mike I wanted a meeting with John John called me and setup a phone only appointment for the next week. Well John ghosted me on that appointment l.left him voicemails and texts and never heard back from him. At this point I'm bankrupt ,on Medicaid , My legal council for the last few months I find out isn't even an atty and John won't talk to Mr unless its at the courthouse 30 min prior to a hearing, I feel like I was misrepresented and lied to, Parts my personal legal info was filtered to John Diamond from Mike giving it a very 3rd party hands off feeling and I felt like John was there just to close the case as quick as he could and never once talked to me about a plan of attack or how we were going to fight these charges all of that was done by Mike which again is not an attorney and in my opinion did me a disservice by wasting months of my time and in the end John only got bits and pieces of my background info and when it came to talk to the prosecutor John and Mike went into their office before the hearing. They were in theri 5 minutes and John tells me. Basically we're taking the first deal the prosecutor offers and for me to take it which was a horrible deal. John didn't even try to get the charges reduces from a felony to a misdemeanor, none of my info I gave to Mike was given to the prosecutor about the background of the case and John goes in takes the first deal, doesn't even try to fight for me and then walks off the case with another victory. I said , I could have done a better job representing myself and got that crappy deal. So would I recommend this legal team NO be careful, once these guys have your money and they draw things out for months and play their who's an atty and who's not routine your life is hanging in the balance and they walk away paid and no refunds to their unsatisfied clients.

John Is Excellent

John is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced. He is particularly adept at understanding the various legal issues and arguments applicable in each case and crafting an effective legal strategy. He is also very levelheaded and rational in his approach, and his writing skills are... exceptional. I worked with John for a number of years. During that time, we collaborated on several cases and I learned a great deal from him. He has helped many of his clients through challenging legal issues, and he helped me develop strategies to tackle several of my own clients’ difficult legal issues. My experiences working with John made me a better lawyer. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have worked with and learned from him.
