Jaime Dawn Topham

I just wanted to reflect on what Jaime provided me as an attorney. This is the first time I have had to hire an attorney and although this wasn't exactly a pleasant experience (ie the divorce) I felt Jaime gave me the best she could under the circumstances. She always gave me the truth, the bottom li...ne and never sugar coated it, which was nice because she never gave me false expectations. She had me well prepared for our court dates and she was well organized. She organized a book with all of the pertinent information that would dot the I's and cross the T's for the judge and everything was well documented. It was unfortunate that I felt the Judge did not go in with the proper mindset to look at all of the facts fair and equally but that was not Jaime's fault. She did everything she could to present the facts and I felt I couldn't have been any better represented than with Jaime. She was honest, forthright and showed tremendous integrity and if I ever have to have representation again, hopefully not, she will be the first one I contact. I appreciate her genuine caring for myself, she was always concerned about my health and well being and always going the extra mile to make sure not only my legal obligations were met but my mental and physical well being was taken care of as well. That is unique and refreshing these days to know that there is an attorney out there that has scruples and moral ethics and isn't willing to cross that legal line to get the victory, which I can't say Steve Russell did. Mr. Russell is the reason attorney's have a bad reputation and the win at all cost attitude, regardless of the moral or legal lines. Jaime Topham is the reason, even though I didn't get a fair or equitable decision from the Judge, that I felt I had the best representation possible in my case and I will continually recommend her to my friends and family if they need any kind of legal representation. As far as I am concerned, she is the best lawyer I could have ever hired. She did a great job for me. Thanks
