Last February, I was issued a citation, here in Salt Lake, that could lead to some extremely negative consequences for me. Anxiously, I searched numerous local attorney listings in an effort to, at the very least, improve my situation. I spoke with several different lawyers from different firms ov...er the phone, all of whom were well established, respected, and had solid reviews. Unfortunately, they each shared the legal opinion that my case had little, if any, merit; advising me to more or less 'face the music'. In other words, it seemed they couldn't legally find a way of effectively representing me, therefore; their services would, more or less, be a waste of time and money. Although I appreciated the honesty an; they was little help or comfort. I began to develop strong feelings of fear and despair. Fortunately; I phoned Tom Weber's office in nearby Draper. Unlike the other firms, his office scheduled an in-person consultation with me immediately the same day. Mind you, it was Saturday. I don't know of any other lawyers or firms that extend this type of immediate attention and service to anyone, so it's worth mentioning. With nothing to lose, we met several hours later. Tom patiently listened as I frantically presented all the facts of my case along with an inevitable host of consequences. Like any person facing serious charges, I was a wreck. Tom; however, has remained cool and calm throughout the entire ordeal. From the very beginning; he assured me not to worry, and said he would achieve the best possible outcome. To be honest, I initially thought Tom was possibly telling me what I wanted to hear or gain my trust in an effort to get business. Well; two days ago, Tom texted me,...."Congratulations Daniel, I've had you're case dismissed". I had to read the text several times to convince myself it was really true. To be cited while on probation, and driving on a suspended license; I would have been pleased to avoid jail. But having it all just go away, to disappear?.....truly unbelievable! If I've had any doubts about the case, that's reasonable; but I regret any doubts about Tom. He is an extremely talented and focused individual. Tom never made elaborate guarantees or promises. He doesn't coddle or invite speculation, inquiries, updates, etc. You just let him do his job. If you're looking for an attorney that enjoys wasting time with you either on the phone or in meetings; I'd find someone else. If you need the best, effective legal professionals, I recommend Weber Law. Obviously, I paid for their legal service and I thank Tom for doing such a great job. However; I don't write many reviews, and was never asked for one; but felt I should. Attorneys generally have a poor reputation; because there are plenty of bad ones, but Tom is one of the good guys still out there that fights for his clients. My case didn't get resolved overnight; I had to be patient while Tom and his team chipped away at it for awhile; especially amid the current Covid epidemic. Anyways, I hope this review is helpful to someone and wish you well.

This lawyer really helped me with a major problem that I was facing. I had a sexual solicitation and lewdness charge. I was able to keep it off of my record and dismissal of the lewdness with no jail. I am really pleased with the result but I am more impressed by the level of service and care that... Thomas and his staff put into my case. They really care.

Tom and his staff (David) were so nice & extremely helpful from the beginning... I've never been in a situation like this- so it was all new and *very scary. He never judged me, and they cleaned up the mess I made quite quickly. They answered all my questions thoroughly- and I could tell that they le...gitimately cared for my well- being. Thomas Weber was an excellent lawyer, I didn't know what to do after I made a mistake with the law so I turned to an attorney and luckily I got a really great one.
