Absolute Scam Artist!!

Absolute scam artist, this individual did absolutely nothing . He took my money and provided no updates and little to no legal services, it seems he does to not even show up to court sometimes. I had a civil case that should have been fairly simple, him and his associates approached me, not the othe...r way around, and assured me they could pursue this case. I paid the requested retainer, then heard nothing for months and ultimately had to be told by strangers that my case was thrown out because of jurisdiction, my own lawyer didn’t even contact me to tell me anything, not even once. In my opinion he is not only a liar but a thieving coward. It is my opinion that Rex Bray and his associates were fully aware that the court they filed in was insufficient but did so to keep my money without actually doing any work. Worse yet he couldn’t even tell me what was going on, giving me no chance to take appropriate action and get the case in front of the appropriate court. This attorney is not only incompetent beyond measure but will ruin any chance you have for actual justice. Avoid him like the plague!!

He is a con artist

I would leave zero stars if I could. He outlined a strong case and what he would do. Once hired and paid, he did not do anything he said he would and told me I could do everything myself and I could find everything I needed online. Then he ghosted me avoiding all communication. I wish I had everythin...g in writing so I could get a real lawyer and get my money back from this fraudster.

17 MONTHS, ZERO REPRESENTATION

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I retained Mr. Bray through Outlaw legal services as my legal counsel in January 2024, and appeared in court 13 times—only to be met with repeated continuances, zero communication between appearances, and absolutely no effort made to contact the prosecution or pr...esent the substantial evidence I provided in my defense. Every court appearance felt like a push to accept making a plea to the original charge that I was not comfortable with, rather than any real advocacy. Despite providing doctor’s notes, bloodwork, and character letters, none of it was submitted to the prosecutor. After months of silence between court dates and being treated more like a public defender’s case than that of a paid private attorney, I discovered Mr. Bray is currently juggling over 80 active cases—an overwhelming caseload that likely explains the complete lack of follow-through. The only reason my case ended up being resolved was because of my repeated efforts in communicating with the prosecutor myself and presenting documents that were never handed over by my counsel. If you are looking for real representation, communication, and someone who will fight for your case—look elsewhere.

Avoid this attorney. Terrible experience!

I hired Mr.Bray to represent me in my divorce, based on statements and suggestions he made at our initial interview/consultation. However, once he got my retainer he filed no temporary motions he talked about, drafted no countersuit as indicated he would, and completely vanished with no responses for... 2 weeks before labor day when I needed advice going into mediation. When finally managed to locate him through Overson & Sheen to verify he still worked there, he offered no explanation and scheduled a meeting the following week. He did not address any of my concerns at that meeting, in fact he was still unprepared for mediation issues the day before it was scheduled. I was lucky enough to retain competent representation for my divorce proceeding and release Mr. Bray as my attorney. I have asked repeatedly for an itemized accounting of his services against my retainer and have yet to get one. My mistake, this man did nothing for me, just took my money. Later found out he was disciplined by the state licensing authority for similar poor performance!

aweful attorney in my opinion

Terrible attorney, failed to attend 7of8 detention hearings for my son, was a no show at my sons first hearing in adult court, failed terribly in juvenile court hearing, be super careful with this guy, DO NOT PAY UPFRONT
