Replied last March 14, 2023I do understand that it is very frustrating to be turned down on a Social Security Disability case. You are correct that we cannot object to some things in a file such as an opinion, etc. You chose to stay anonymous. You are always welcome to call the office to talk about specifics. I do take time to talk before and after hearings to explain the process.
