Wasn't prepared for the hearing
Things seemed to be going well until it came close to the hearing. Mr. Giles failed to relay what the hearing entailed then was unprepared for the hearing and did not do anything to present my case. As a result none of my evidence was presented and I was unable to present it myself and was not given ...
