Things seemed to be going well until it came close to the hearing. Mr. Giles failed to relay what the hearing entailed then was unprepared for the hearing and did not do anything to present my case. As a result none of my evidence was presented and I was unable to present it myself and was not given ...an opportunity to do so. It was extremely discouraging and I might as well not had an attorney. It was a humiliating experience and Mr. Giles thoroughly failed in representing me.

I met with Wayne Giles and presented him with my thorough evidence and got a hearing. Social Security had factually incorrect info in my file yet Wayne Giles said I could not object to it. Wayne did not present my evidence during the hearing and basically did nothing, it was all procedural and the ju...dge never looked at the evidence presented due to Wayne's failure to represent my case properly. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for an attorney because Wayne did absolutely nothing during the hearing.
