Biography
James treats each client with individualized and focused attention in order to assist them in achieving their goals in whatever legal difficulty they may be facing. He maintains close communication with his clients and, through the cloud case management system he uses, he sends clients documents received or prepared by him on the same day, thereby avoiding the delays in the postal mail system.
Attorney James Bendell graduated from Rutgers Law School after completing his Batchelor's Degree at the College of William and Mary. After working two years as a prosecutor, he worked for 16 years as a litigator, trying lawsuits for insurance companies. His practice is now devoted to handling disputes and litigation in a wide variety of civil and criminal law.
While working as an attorney, he also served part-time as a Superior Court Commission and Judge Pro Tem.
James has over 35 years of trial experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal cases, and has ruled on cases in a judicial capacity. When not practicing law I enjoy time with my family and outdoor pursuits such as fishing and hunting.
