Theron De Smet was an exceptionally professional legal asset. During my case, which hit very close to home, he not only gave incredible advise that he broke down from legal jargon into information that I would understand, but he also gave incredible advise. I did not feel I needed a law degree to ...understand him. There were times I needed to be brought back to reality with my expectation of the outcome of our case and he was not afraid to state the truth with great integrity. I never felt belittled or intimidated to speak with him. His professional manor was met with fair rates which in the legal world is not typical. We needed help with real estate law which included issues of divorce, probate and adverse possession. Theron did what he said he could do for the price he quoted and always, always, every time responded to us in a timely manner. He even contacted us over a weekend due to a time sensitive issue! ...He worked well with us, the title company and our real estate agent. We live in another state. Our attorney had to refer us to an Idaho attorney because of a real estate sale. We were the sellers who found out through the title process that the property we had inherited and paid taxes on for years and years was not in our name. It was a real mess and I get a headache just trying to think of how to explain it. The property was not worth a lot of money, so we didn't want to spend all of the money getting it rightfully in to our name. We needed a practical solution to a complicated problem and Theron gave us our options, supported our decision and saw it through to completion. We are completely satisfied by our outcome and highly recommend him.
