As someone who had never been in trouble, I had very few tools to deal with getting a DUI. Not only did Jefferson reassure me, he helped educate me to the process and all that goes with it. He did everything he said he was going to do, and everything I needed. He kept me informed along the way. So...mething as simple as "you don't need to do anything, I just wanted to let you know" helped me know he had everything under control and I didn't need to worry. Once things progressed to court, I was surprised and even more impressed with Jefferson, when I saw how unprepared other people were.
