I had sought out Jacob based on reviews that I had read online. I hope that this review finds someone well who might be in a similar situation. First and foremost, by the reviews I had read online about Jacob, I could tell he had a good rapport with his clients. The first time I met with Jacob, ...he listened closely to all of the details of my case. He was able to answer any questions I presented at the time... and not once did I hear him say, "Let me look into that..." or "I'm not sure. I'll have to get back to you on that..." Jacob answered all of my questions and gave me guidance on how my case would be handled. - (& that was only the first time I met him during my consultation.) I then found myself in a situation where I needed legal help an I had to secure Jacob as my attorney a few months later. He got the ball rolling on my case almost immediately. Throughout the duration of my case, Jacob continued and offered to address any issues I may have had. There was never a point where Jacob had second guessed himself. His knowledge in family law was basically to a "T". I felt confident that Jacob was constantly looking out for my best interest and also what was best for my situation. When I met with Jacob the first time, one of the key factors that stuck out about him was he would respect the way I wanted my case handled. He left me under the impression that I would be getting my money's worth if I were to hire him to represent me... (More bang for your buck...) I know that sometimes this is a concern for some people - and I can assure you... Jacob went above and beyond. You will definitely get your money's worth. I respected Jacob's professionalism and like I said earlier, I had confidence in the sound advice he was giving me. Simply stated... if you are looking for a good, knowledgeable attorney - Jacob will exceed your expectations.

Attorney Jacob Lauser, was a God sent when I needed it the most. He took on my case in getting legal custody of my grandchildren after my daughter died suddenly this past Sept. With out his help I am not sure what I would have done or how I would have managed. He was very thoughtful, very caring and... understanding. My phone calls and emails never went unanswered; in fact, I constantly marveled at Jacob's ability to pick up his phone within the first ring and to answer an email within minutes. When I was responsible for getting information to Jacob or the courthouse, he gave me numbered, step-by-step instructions on exactly what to do. He kept me abreast of every detail of my case and deftly explained the intricacies of the legal process. Perhaps most significantly, Jacob was compassionate, sensitive, and kind in the midst of the most painful and confusing circumstance I've ever gone through. He treated me like a person, not just a client; he wasn't merely an attorney, but an advocate and supporter. These qualities, rare in a professional relationship, weren't simply a pejorative "bonus": they were absolutely vital to my comfort and well-being in the trauma and turmoil of such a situation. I cannot speak highly enough of Jacob Lauser, nor can I recommend him more enthusiastically. I am so grateful for and blessed by his service. Anyone dealing with a comparable plight (and, I'm positive, with circumstances within other areas of his expertise) deserves no less than to have him on their side.

Jacob has been so amazing to work with. We went through about 3 "bad" lawyers that just wanted our money and didn't genuinely care about the outcome of our custody situation. Jacob has been very informative and keeps our expectations on court outcomes very realistic. He is extremely hard working and ...knowledgeable. He responds promptly to questions and emails and always makes time to meet with us if it is necessary. He is very assertive and confident in the court room and does not have an issue objecting/standing up for his client when it is necessary. Our case has had terrible outcomes in the past and in the short few months that we've had Jacob representing us, he has made huge leaps.
