My case under matt went from bad to worse. He was negligent with my case. I paid him around 10k or more in fees and he never filed one contempt on my behalf which i begged for years for him to do. He kept insisting he would bring it all my issues at trial, but the problem was when he wouldnt defend m...e at hearings the judge always took the side of the mother.. He never filed a motion to have my child returned when the mother took not just my child but two other children, all during a custody case with active orders not to remove children.
