Biography
A native Oregonian, I migrated to the great state of Idaho after attending Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I have spent time in both state and federal public defender offices and worked as a law clerk for the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) while in law school. I have spent all my career in private practice in the area of family law, specializing in divorce and custody issues. When not slaving away at the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and new puppy, exploring new places, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Termination of guardianship
I hired Matt Nightingale for a termination of guardianship and he was very sympathetic to my case and very informative and listened very well to what I had to say. I honestly thought my case was very slim at best but we won and I highly recommend his law firm. Top notch!
