Sam Albert Bishop

I was about to be hit with a misdemeanor charge for driving with no insurance (strike 2). Sam made no promises as to what was going to happen, but did offer likely scenarios to calm my nerves, which were heavy. He was an excellent communicator and answered all of my anxious questions (and probably a ...couple dumb questions in there, too.) I got off with a very minor infraction instead of an ugly misdemeanor. I would definitely recommend him to anybody needing legal representation.

This guy is the man! Sam is super smart and was able to take my chaotic mess and turn it into a well thought out and organized defense. I was so scared and looking at a couple years of jail. I talked to several criminal attorneys who just made me feel worse until a friend recommended Mr Bishop. He ...learned my case inside and got up to speed really fast. He fabricated an excellent defense and got me prepared and feeling comfortable going forward. He was really cool to watch in court, the judge loved him and he was relentless with the prosecutor who ended up dropping the charges down to what I thought was impossible. No jail, and no criminal record for an employer to see. So yes I’m really, really happy I had Sam representing me. Highly recommended!!

He was a rockstar in court. Pulled off the impossible. Not only was I facing 360 days in jail, Nate minimum two years supervised probation. I somehow got one year unsupervised probation. Can’t believe he pulled that off. Couldn’t be more impressed!!!! I highly recommend him you will not be... disappointed!!
