She goes above and beyond!

Shelly was recommended to me by another attorney. Unfortunately, my husband and I were in the middle of our custody case and a trial date was already set on a day she wasn’t available. However, she spoke with me on the phone for 15 minutes and gave me SO MUCH helpful information. She didn’t have to d...o that. She gave me the ins and outs of who she would recommended for our specific situation. By the end of our call I felt so confident! I was just disappointed that she couldn’t be our attorney because she was so upbeat and awesome! Thanks to her we found an attorney that has been so incredibly helpful to us and is a night and day difference from our previous law firm. Thank you Shelly!

Divorce

Shelley came highly recommended by an attorney friend of mine and I was assured she knew the law inside and out! Our divorce was anything but simple and to make matters worse, my husbands attorney we discovered was also his girlfriend. Given the circumstances there were definitely some tough and cha...llenging times. Having Shelley to help me navigate through it all was truly a blessing.She was not only a source of strength when I needed it but was also able to explain things every step of the way. She was extremely thorough and efficient when it came down to my legal rights and advocating for a fare and equitable settlement. Things were always addressed in a professional and timely manner. Aside from the fact that she is 100% on top of her game she is also a wonderful human being. I always felt she had my back and that my fears or concerns along the way were always addressed. My experience with Shelley was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone needing an excellent attorney!

Hands down the BEST!

Shelley was so professional, understanding and always on my side. I always felt heard and she was so responsive to all my endless questions. She has an extensive knowledge of the law and knew what I could and could not ask for. I would highly, highly recommend her for any divorce case!

Amazing all around! Intelligent, committed, thorough, empathetic, wise.

I hired Shelley after finding myself in a very unfortunate circumstance when my ex husband suddenly became a non-functioning alcoholic. I had to protect my kids (15, 13, 6) as we shared 50/50 custody. Her empathy and wisdom at our very first meeting helped me make what was quite possibly the hardest ...decision of my life. As time went on, while seeing my kids’ dad make a pretty strong comeback, having her continue to support me with her knowledge and experience was invaluable. Now that our case is over, I know that what I did was right the thing to do, and I’m so very glad I hired Shelley. Through the whole process she was 100% professional, ethical, sound, and supportive. There was never a moment I wondered if I hired the right person, and I can not say the same thing about my divorce attorney who helped me with the initial custody arrangement. If you want an attorney that is mentally sharp and intelligent, full of experience and wisdom, is incredibly emotionally intelligent, will work their hardest for you and make you feel like you’re their only client, then you should definitely hire Shelley. She knows what she’s doing, and I promise that you’ll feel incredibly supported in the journey. Lastly, I want to add that she’s a great listener- she let me steer the ship the entire time, but was always there when I leaned on her for guidance. She never pressed her opinions on me, but her incredible wisdom was hard to ignore when I needed to make decisions. If I ever need an attorney again, it’s a no brainer that I would hire Shelley again . I ended with better results at the end of my case than I could have ever anticipated. Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!

When I was searching for an attorney, I had the most complicated guardianship /custody case imaginable. My son was in another state, I had multiple parties involved, it was a train wreck. I had met with other attorneys and I just did not have a good feeling at all. After my first talk with Shelley,... I knew without a doubt she was "The One" She listened and was caring and very honest about what I needed to be prepared for. She is very smart and knows the laws! I came to her feeling like she was my last hope. And I now have full custody of my son!
