I HIRED MS. FORREST TO ASSIST ME IN A CASE THAT I WAS PROSE IN 2008. SHE DID A GREAT JOB AND I WAS VERY SATIFIED WITH HER WORK. I WAS SO SATIFIED THAT I HIRED HER AGAIN IN 2012 TO REPRESENT ME IN ANOTHER CASE. THE BEST DESCRIPTION THAT I CAN GIVE ABOUT MS. SHE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO THE LAW. I WOULD HIRE HER AGAIN IF NEEDED.

I wanted to establish a parenting plan and a child support order. Ms Kathleen was very knowledgeable and put the necessary work in to getting this accomplished. Kathleen was able to successfully get pretty much everything I wanted in the plan. She is a lawyer that truly works for you and you can expe...ct to get more than you pay for. Five years ago I had a custody case. I needed a new lawyer.The case was going on a long time. After Kathleen got on, things went better. I got the result I wanted. I also called on her for a child support case with my other children. The other party did not want to pay at all. She went to the hearing... for me, because I had to work. Since I am an Active Duty Service Member, I did not have the time to attend court meetings, Ms. Kathleen went in my stead and did everything for me. All I had to do was meet her at the office to sign. She was very willing to make apts at her office that worked with my schedule. She also was able to make changes to the custody papers that I asked for. She was very compassionate through the whole process. She also allowed my ex to sign the papers at her office, since everything was uncontested. I would recommend her to anyone in need of representation for family issues. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
