David is great!

I hired David to represent me through my divorce. He was wonderful to work with. He works quick and efficiently. He is professional and knowledgeable. If I get married and divorced again, I will hire David.

Honest and Amazing Attorney

David helped me and walked me through an extremely difficult divorce that was a nightmare. He was always upfront and honest with me about everything, every step of the way. The more I listened to David's advice the better the case went. It was an extreme pleasure to watch David in court. Very calm, y...et aggressive and gets the job done. To say that David literally saved me and my children would be an understatement. He is very knowledgeable and I would trust him with any legal matter in the future. Words cannot express my gratitude for all the long hours and hard work David did on my case. Needless to say hiring David was the best decision I made in this case.

Great Attorney!

Mr. Kracke did such a great service for our family. He took on a special education discrimination issue for us. He handled it very professionally. Professional and Savvy, aggressively pursues the absolute best results!

Wow!! I'm so impressed with this attorney! He has helped me now in 2 cases the first he was able to get a minimal temporary custody schedule ( which sets a precedent and tone for the potentially lengthy divorce as well as the family law judge that will end up getting your case and making final decisi...ons about custody.) This is a CRUCUAL first step in protecting yourself and children and lends itself to the final decision months down the road when they decide who gets custody/ visitation. In the first case I got sole temporary posession of the home as well as physical custody of the minor children. The ex's visitation: no overnights unless he requests them from me, and a 5 hour visit Saturday and 6 hours every other Sunday 10a-4p. Sole possession of the home is important when your husband is threatening you and won't move out! In this situation I filed for a protection order along with my divorce petition. David not only described the process at every step he made sure everything was in order. He also made sure I did not give away too much---this one thing alone is invaluable!! It's easy to get intimidated and try to appease a pissed off soon to be ex. Husband. David made great suggestions, he's practical and will absolutely fight for what you want. He listens, he's proactive, he's engaging, he's real, he's humble and is willing to negotiate/mediate on your behalf. Additionally....he considers "a win" getting you the closest thing to what you want if not exactly what you want. He gave me clear options for how to proceed in our case and told me his opinion of what we should aim for based on experience. In the second case I was returning to court for another protection order...this was 6 months into the divorce process. Again....a huge win. He saved me 3-5k and got my "husband" to stipulate to a protection order which is rare under our circumstances. He leveraged the info he had and "closed the deal"... Very professional, easy to work with, would highly recommend him.

Worth every penny attorney

I did not realize David was up and coming. His professional manner with handling my case and his knowledge gave the impression of a seasoned pro. He was very patient and explained things wonderfully. He definitely made a difficult and painful time easier to understand and helped walk me through the p...rocess. David took time to understand what I was wanting out of my case and did a great job arguing my points in court. He had great people reading and conflict resolution skills that helped handle my ex’s difficult attorney. David was not afraid of fighting for what I wanted and was honest with how he thought things would go. He was a wonderful resource to navigate what I should/could ask for (for custody) and if my reasoning was valid or if it was something the judge probably wouldn’t go for. Having him as a resource helped me make decisions that were In the best interest of my children instead of asking for things out of bitterness or anger. I would recommend David over and over. By far the best attorney I’ve ever worked with!
