Client: Dismissed Protection Order - Saved my Custody Case

David is hands down was the best attorney I could ever ask for during a dark and chaotic period of having a false and misrepresented civil protection order against me from my ex-partner. He never over promised anything but was always humble and confident and always assured me that things were going t...o be alright in the end. He flew up to where I’m at, making all the time he needed to get all our ducks in a row in order to beat this thing and move forward on my custody case. He prevailed and got the protection order dismissed and defeated a false narrative that has been hovering over my head for almost two months. My family and I couldn’t thank him enough. Seriously. He is worth more than any penny you could ever spend, I have went from one attorney that told me to accept the protection order, to David showing up and doing what he does best in setting the record straight with the truth. Don’t waste your time or money with a time sensitive matter like a protection order with any other attorney that doesn’t put their client first and if you are in a family law custody case, don’t accept a false protection order on you, get an appointment set with David and you will be assured that you and your family is in the best hands with David not only being the best attorney but that he is an all around stand up human being that is fun to work with and makes your days a bit more uplifting. Custody Modifications

David Kracke has represented me multiple times, and I intend to utilize his skills in the future. As my children grow, their needs change and custody modifications become necessary. David has always taken the time to fully understand the complexities of my situation. While working with him I have b...een continually impressed with his high level of communication, and attention to detail. I can't stress enough how much of a blessing it is to have him in my corner, to have someone who understands family law as well as he does and who works as tirelessly as he does for me.

Best attorney to have in your corner

David is the kind of attorney that you do not want to be up against. He is passionate and knows his way around the court room. He is expert on criminal cases and is dedicated to protecting his clients. David has the ability to talk circles around anyone because he can articulate the law like no other.... David and his associates at Marcus Hardee Pinol and Davies have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of myself and my children. Worth every penny attorney

I did not realize David was up and coming. His professional manner with handling my case and his knowledge gave the impression of a seasoned pro. He was very patient and explained things wonderfully. He definitely made a difficult and painful time easier to understand and helped walk me through the p...rocess. David took time to understand what I was wanting out of my case and did a great job arguing my points in court. He had great people reading and conflict resolution skills that helped handle my ex’s difficult attorney. David was not afraid of fighting for what I wanted and was honest with how he thought things would go. He was a wonderful resource to navigate what I should/could ask for (for custody) and if my reasoning was valid or if it was something the judge probably wouldn’t go for. Having him as a resource helped me make decisions that were In the best interest of my children instead of asking for things out of bitterness or anger. I would recommend David over and over. By far the best attorney I’ve ever worked with!
