This Guy is AWESOME!!

I met David K. for the first time walking into the courthouse for a B.S. hearing my ex trumped up about abusing my children, 'criminally'. I was initially upset that it seemed my case was being offloaded to a 'Jr' member of the firm. I was SO WRONG!!! David ended up being a total lifesaver! He s...erved as my Criminal and Civil attorney! He explained what was probably going to happen, and what we were going to need to do going forward with my case. Long Story Short, he 'Went To Work!!' During the trial, he painted my ex so far into the corner of lies she was trying to get away with, that, I now have sole legal custody of my children, David is an Expert.. (Read that AGAIN!... Expert!) Litigator!! He knows the law, he knows the rules, he understands child psychology, he knows how to get your side of the case heard, He can smell B.S. when it starts coming from the other side!!! I can not recommend David K. highly enough!!

The Ultimate in Performance and Integrity

I was married for 26 years. Never did I imagine that our sons would be living in the hell they were for so many years, so I filed for a divorce. An attorney friend and coworker to my wife recommended to us legal counsel. As David knows I still am looking to do what is best for our sons and my ex-wife... to civilly continue to raise our sons and ultimately become friends with her again. Exceptional service

I worked with David Kracke from 10/18-02/21 from out of state after finding the law office on Avvo. It was a finalizing of a divorce decree from 2013. David and his support team were informative, punctual and always gave great customer service. Honest, efficient and empathetic.

To say my custody case is difficult would be a gross understatement. I have had multiple attorneys counsel me that my case was a lost cause and a waste of time and money. David not only took my case but provided legal counsel that lead to the most favorable outcome possible. This was not an easy o...r short process. Over the span of two years, David did not waiver, lose interest or try to get me to settle to suit his schedule. I cannot say this about my previous lawyer. David showed genuine interest and empathy for my children’s situation and would not settle for anything less than their health and safety. I have lived the last ten years trying to get the court system to listen to my children and myself with little success. When most people hear about our situation it’s disbelief and denial, especially on the courts behalf. David not only believed in me but he also restored my belief in myself. It’s very deflating and painful not being able to protect my children or show others the abuse they were put through. The courts parental gender bias is very evident and has been held over me for many years now. David would not allow me to wallow in that same mentality. The best thing that I can say about David, is that he protected my family when it seemed as if no one cared. David is and will continue to be my attorney and the only attorney that I would recommend. I also need to say that the legal team he works with is top notch. Extremely friendly, helpful and informative. At no point in our two year process did I ever waiver in my trust of the firm.
