I am in the military and I was charged with attempted strangulation and domestic battery. The night I was arrested Charles met me in the jail with a physician and photographed and documented my injuries. The police did not take any photographs at all. At trial, Charles hired a trauma surgeon to t...estify regarding my injuries and he did the most amazing power point presentation for his closing argument. Charles owned the courtroom and we won convincingly. Thanks to Charles I am still in the military and protecting the country I love. None of this would be possible without Charles' help. Thank you. I found myself in trouble with the law and had no idea where to turn. Another inmate recommended Charles and I am so grateful that he did. Charles met with me in the jail and went over everything with me. I knew right away what I should and should not be worried about, what he was going to do for me,... how long the whole process was going to take and what I could realistically expect as an outcome. I was even more impressed with how well he handled all of my family members nagging him with questions, myself included, but also how efficient he was. Charles was visiting me a couple of times a week in jail and answering all of my concerns. In the end, Charles got the entire case dropped for me and I couldn't be more grateful to him for getting me back home to my family.

He told me before I hired him that my case was weak and it would be easy to get it dropped. After he got paid though, he never, ever answered my phone calls, his attitude totally changed about my case, he was late to court twice, and I ended up getting exactly what the prosecutor asked for. I would ...of been better off with a public defender. Honestly, he is a nice guy, but failed me as a client.
