Regan Charlton

I needed a family law attorney for a custody and child support case. I had searched MANY profiles on Avvo and Regan's stood out to me with how many things she's done and continues to do for the community. I got a sense that she really cares about her clients and I was absolutely correct. From the con...sultation to the end she was just as invested in the case as if it were her children. During the consultation she listened very closely, took notes. In the beginning of the case after only talking with me a few times she remembered details that I thought for sure I would have to remind her of. Not with Regan. My case was a unique one and even with all my uniqueness she handled everything very professionally and knew what to do in order for things to go in our favor. She stayed in constant communication with me, replied very quickly to my emails and was ALWAYS able to speak over the phone if needed to go over things in more detail or answer any questions I may have. She had even contacted me on a weekend or two when needed for my case. I was actually pleasantly surprised on how it easy it was to communicate with her because I've heard horror stories of attorneys being unreachable. This was not the case with Regan at all. She also informed me on things I could do to save a little bit of money instead of trying to gouge me. Which I very much appreciated. Admittedly I did vent or rant and rave throughout the case a few times and instead of not responding or not caring she very graciously would reply back and be completely understanding and try to ease my fears. It was not very far into the case when I just breathed a huge sigh of relief because some issues arised and she knew exactly what to do and got the result I wanted. I knew without a doubt that I hired the right person to fight for my kids and I. My case took about a year and a half to complete, everything that she could do or had control over was done quickly and efficiently. It was the uniqueness, mediation, and waiting for trial that took time. So I say this in closing, Regan is an absolutely amazing attorney. Which I will actually end up needing to do in the future. She can be trusted with the most important things in your life, your kids. I'm so happy I did the research that I did because it led me to make the right decision on hiring her. The other staff that I dealt with in the office was just as pleasant to interact with.
