I was arrested in Mountain Home, Elmore County for DUI in September, 2018 on my back from the Country Music Festival. I hired Jim Ball to represent me. I was involved in a road rage incident where battery charges were filed. My son suffers from schizophrenia. On a couple of occasions he went off his medication and ended up with criminal and other charges. At the time he was undergoing the citizenship process being a New Zealand citizen. Jim worked with the DA and my son’s immigration lawyers to have the charges modifi...ed in such a way so as to not endanger his potential citizenship.
