Christian S. Martineau

Christian is a partner at Taylor Law Offices, with an extensive background in business transactions. Christian provides pragmatic, business-oriented advice to companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to venture-backed growth stage companies. With a focus on business formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and negotiation, private securities offerings, and corporate governance, Christian excels in turning entrepreneurial visions into corporate realities.

Prior to joining the firm, Christian gained valuable transactional experience working in-house at a Dow 30 aerospace company.

Christian was raised in McCall, Idaho where he developed a passion for skiing and the outdoors. He has served on the board of directors for the Boise Zoo and is currently the executive director of a non-profit foundation that provides scholarships to student athletes.
