We make every attempt to make things right for our clients, and if we make a mistake, we correct it. So, if you are unhappy, please call the office, and we can discuss adjusting your bill as appropriate. Unfortunately, this anonymous "client" doesn't provide any information for me to determine if it is a real client or the nature of the specific complaint. I return all phone calls in a timely manner, and I can't think of any client we have taken money from without providing service for, in the most efficient and fair manner we can. I suspect it may be the same unhappy opposing party who posted a fake review, in violation of Avvo's terms of service, a few weeks ago. I try to be fair with opposing parties and opposing counsel, but it's my obligation to advocate for my client. Sometimes opposing parties are unhappy when things don't go their way. This appears to be the case here.
