also known as Means Law Office, PLLC, Means-Law
MEANS-LAW started when Mark Means, the lead attorney for the firm, decided he would better serve his clients through more personal and direct contact with the clients rather than through the "large firm model" designed to shield the attorney from the client.
Established in 2007, MEANS-LAW is a small law firm concentrating on personal injury, workers compensation, family law, bankruptcy, and business law. Our reputation is solid and has come to us through honest legal services and exceptional outcomes.
The firm makes a point to place as much important on the process as the outcomes. More often than not we are able to strike a deal without heading to trial, but we are more than willing to go the distance if the situation demands a day in court. We full believed in putting our clients' needs directly in front of the Court and in a way to maximize your potential for success and to use your resources as efficiently as possible.
Mark L. Means, of Means-Law, is dedicated to use his experience and education to protect your legal rights. He is an honor's graduated of the University of California-Davis and recipient of a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. His education and background are uniquely tailored to provide legal solutions to your legal problems.
Here at MEANS-LAW we value our clients. We promise to provide:

Dishonest Attorney - Filed Bar Complaint
I hired Mr. Means to write a cease and desist letter. Since I live out of state he said to write such a letter would cost 350.00-500.00 because it takes time to put it together. He instructed me to send him the necessary emails, which I did on July 20th. I have Mailtrak on my gmail which lets me k...
Unfortunately, I am unable to "satisfy" every client. This client's needs exceed legal assistance regarding her previously diagnosed health issues, and by her own admissions these issues cause her to behave erratically. Her letter was drafted in a professional manner and based off the information gather from her directly. She mistakenly believed that this letter would save her from the pending 2.5-million-dollar law suit that she faces as the defendant at this time. This, as previously explained to the client was an impossible feat for any out of state attorney to accomplish through a defamation letter. Ultimately, we gave her a discount of $500 to draft the letter (time spent with client exceed $1250 dollars of service) and provided this letter to her multiple times. She now irrationally demands her money back as this letter will not save her from her current legal troubles. I do wish her the best and hope she receives the help she needs, but cannot be intimated into providing free services to every irrational person that comes along.
